Declaration of Compliance
In the following cases, organizations that are interested in adding datasets to or getting datasets from the National Access Point are requested to fill out a self-declaration form. By using this self-declaration form, organizations declare to which extend they adhere to the requirements set out in the Delegated Regulations regarding the quality and usage of the provided datasets.
If you are a road authority and/or road operator and are interested in adding datasets to the National Access Point:

If you are an information service provider and are interested in getting datasets from the National Access Point:
After filling out and signing the self-declaration form, it should be sent to the Administrator of the National Access Point, in order for it to be available for sample inspections by the National Assessment Body.
It is noted that declaration of compliance is mandatory only for datasets related to Delegated Regulations 885/2013 and 886/2013 supplementing the ITS Directive (Priority Actions E and C). Declaration of compliance is optional for the remaining datasets; however, data providers are encouraged to provide declaration of compliance in any case.
The following table indicates which datasets are accompanied by declarations of compliance that have been made publicly available and whether these declarations have been selected for assessment by the National Assessment Body or not.
